2.3.4 User management



The editor interface allows us to check the list of visitors to the website who have registered online, view their personal data and allow editing or deletion from the system.

User editing is made from the option ?Edit? in the Users menu.






2.3.4.1 List users



The list user interface allows us to filter the search based on any of the fields of the individual user file. The available fields are configured in the technical interface.





Immediately below the search form is the number of user files that currently exist within the system.

In order to search by user file fields simply select the file from which the search filtering is to be carried out and then introduce the text to search into the form box. By clicking the ?ok? button the search result will come up on the screen in the form of a list of users and their respective personal data.






2.3.4.2 Changing user data



From the search result, it is possible to edit user data. Hence, you have simply to select the option ?Edit? located to the right of the user table.





This option allows us to change personal data at user request or to correct detected errors, for example.

After completing changes, click on the ?Save? button to ensure the system registers the modifications.



2.3.4.3 Deleting user files



From the search result, it is possible to delete a user file. To do so, select the option ?Remove? located to the right of the user table.




On the screen a window then appears to confirm deletion. By choosing the ?ok? option, the user file will be eliminated from the system.
