2.3.3 Survey menu



The website survey management tool is carried out from the option ?Edit? in the Survey menu in the Editor interface



By clicking the option ?Edit, we obtain a list of the surveys already created within the system, as well as the option to create ?New survey?




2.3.3.1 Creation of a new survey



In order to create a new survey, select the option ?New survey? from the survey editing menu. Then, two new text boxes will be presented for inserting both the title and the question we wish to put to site visitors.



In order to finish simply press the ?SAVE? button.


2.3.3.2 Survey editing



In order to edit a survey, select the ?Edit? option located immediately after the title of each survey.



The edit option allows us to define the reply options associated to a survey, as well as changing the field pertaining to its title and question. In order to change these, proceed with editing before clicking on the option ?Modify? available immediately below.



In order to introduce the survey reply click on the ?Add reply option? button. The following form then appears on the screen.



The first text field is to be completed with the text of the question to be introduced. Then, the fields with the question as to text colour as well as a reference to an image to be associated with the question may be completed.


2.3.3.3 Deleting surveys



In order to delete a survey select the option ?Delete? corresponding to the survey to be removed from the system. On the screen, a window appears asking you to confirm whether the survey really is to be removed. Pressing the button ?ok? ensures the survey is deleted from the system.


2.3.3.4 Inserting surveys into the website



The insertion of surveys into a website is made from the technician back office menu. Hence, its insertion ought to be requested of the website technical team.
