2.3.2.1.4 The save, preview and see HTML/hide HTML options
In the object editing interface footnote the options ?Save? ?View/See HTML? and ?Preview? are available.
The "Preview" option allows us to view an object as it would appear in the website, prior to saving it. By choosing the ?Preview? option, on the interface immediately after the notes on an object, a preview of its graphic layout appears.
If the result is not that intended, you may insert new changes to the object Program, without the prospective changes being visible on the site.
Should you definitively wish to change the object, you have simply to save it by clicking on ?Save?. From that moment on, the object on the site will take on its new format.
The options "view/hide HTML" ensure the management of the object program is easier as it allows the hiding or showing of the HTML code introduced. Hence, if you only wish to make changes to the object commands you may hide the HTML ensuring it is easier to read the object.
In order to facilitate an easier reading of page object program command lines it is possible to insert comments. The comments are only visible from the page object editor in the back office. The comments are to be included in the lines immediately prior to the commands.
Example
<!-- User enrolment form !>
INSERT form id = 3
In the aforementioned example, the layout of the page object editor, with HTML code hidden, would be the following:
Note that comments have necessarily to start with the expression ?<!--? and end with ?!>"
In order to view the HTML code simply select the option ?See HTML?
2.3.2.2 Create page object
In order to create a new page object, select the option ?New? from the page object editor interface, in the back office main menu.
The interface for creating a new page object is similar to that already used in page object editing (see previous point).
