2.2.2.5 Listing and deleting files

The option “List” allows us to view the list of files available for the article to be edited.

This option further allows the viewing of files belonging to other back office articles. For that, click on the icon at the top of the screen.

The files can only be erased by their authors or by an editor with permission to access at least one of the article’s subjects. If the article is not classified, any user with editorial authorisation may delete the files associated to that article.

2.2.2.6 Box models

The box models are used in articles to graphically format the frame into which they are inserted. The models are pre-defined in the system and their management is ensured by the website’s technical team. This defines the models available for use in articles.

In order to choose a box model you just have to select it from the menu

2.2.2.7 Layout models

The layout models allow the definition of the visual aspect of articles in the website. That is, as happens with box models, they are pre-defined by the website’s technical team.
In order to choose a layout model you have only to select it from the menu.

2.2.2.8 Subjects list

The list of website subjects is defined by the technical staff and allows articles to be grouped in order to facilitate their positioning on the respective pages. Hence, the editorial team may proceed with classification by subject in order to organise the contents of the webpage into sections.
The list of available subjects on the right-hand bar depends on the level of access ascribed to the backoffice user. Hence, a certain user may view all or just some of the subjects created for the website. Each article may be classified according to one or more of the subjects on the list.
