The Siteseed "core team" is a small list of hackers that have direct write access to the project CVS. The most active and productive hackers in the Siteseed universe can get in. There are 5 "seats" available today and all current members work for Mr Net (the company behind the project) with the exception of Marcus Schweiker and João Serra.

Talk is cheap. People that produce most/better code instead of just talking get appointed to actually decide and implement changes. Mr Net seriously consider hiring people on the core team, or at least give them some financial aid or access to servers, to help with project related expenses (like servers, internet access, etc). They are the ones that review submited code and decide if it should be integrated or not.

Core team members are choosen by Paulo Laureano (current project leader) and can change at any time. The project leader is appointed by Mr Net.
